3. Award Evaluation and Confidentiality

Application materials submitted through the CPM Awards Platform may be shared with authorized members of the evaluation and judging panels solely for the purpose of assessment and award selection. All judges, evaluators, staff members, and authorized personnel involved in the evaluation process are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding applicant information and submitted materials.
