About BMPC Awards

Promoting Best Management Practices in Sri Lanka

What are the BMPC Awards?

The Best Management Practices Company Awards 2026 (BMPC Awards), organized for the fifth consecutive year by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka), honors outstanding public and private sector organizations for their growth, success, and excellence in management practices.

The awards highlight best practices demonstrated during 2025, assessing areas such as leadership, strategy, people management, partnerships and resources, processes, and performance outcomes. This initiative provides a structured framework for organizations to evaluate, benchmark, and enhance their management approaches.

Winners will gain national and international recognition, strengthening their professional standing within the business community. Following a rigorous evaluation process, CPM Sri Lanka will honor companies that exemplify excellence in management and leadership.

The top five ranked organizations will also be invited to share their success stories at the CPM Management Insights Summit 2026, scheduled for 26th March 2026.

A distinguished awards ceremony will take place on Friday, 27th March 2026, at Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte.
